Cassie & Karie Anne: My camera is a fairly new (bought about 4 months ago) Canon SX100si model. It has 10X optical zoom with an additional 4X digital zoom, stabilizer, formats up to about 6 megs and TONS of "scene" settings in addition to the capacity to set it so that it's completely "manual"... I didn't (in fact, I don't thing you CAN) use any other lens except the one that came in the camera...
I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and would recommend this model to ANYONE! It also runs on 2 AA regular batteries. I invested in 6 rechargeables and a charger and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! I have recharged all 6 AT LEAST 5 times a piece since I got the camera and figure I saved a TON of money by doing that!
